Our Midlothian gym provides everything you need to get a solid strength training workout. And with a wide selection of free weights and machines, you’ll never have to stand in line to pump some iron. Free weights include dumbbells (10-100 lbs.) and barbells (20-60 lbs.), as well as incline/decline benches.
